Connect Seller Central to ChatGPT with the NAVINES IQ plugin

Install Seller Insights, authorize your seller account and understand exactly when your free day begins, what it covers and how paid access works.

NAVINES IQ Seller Insights brings authorized Amazon seller data into a ChatGPT conversation. It is the Seller Central product: use it to investigate sales, orders, fees, inventory and the other reports available to your account. NAVINES IQ Ads is a separate plugin for advertising data, with its own connection and subscription.

Start from the Seller Insights listing in ChatGPT so you can check the developer, description and privacy terms before installing. The public listing identifies NAVINES ISRAEL LTD as the developer. Availability through ChatGPT gives you a platform installation and permission flow; NAVINES operates the connected service.

Connect the two parts of the product

Open the Seller Central plugin below, install it in ChatGPT and sign in to your NAVINES IQ account when prompted. Separately, use Connect Seller Central on IQ and complete Amazon's authorization screens with the seller account you intend to analyze. Enter Amazon credentials only on Amazon's own sign-in pages.

Installing the plugin alone does not connect a seller account. An Amazon Ads authorization also does not grant Seller Central access. Check the connection status and selected marketplace before asking about results.

Your free day starts after both connections

Each product has one free trial lasting 24 continuous hours. Seller Insights starts its clock only after the Seller plugin and the matching Amazon seller connection are both present. A single connection leaves setup incomplete. Once started, the same expiry applies to the plugin and Seller dashboard, including time when you are not using them.

When that trial expires, customer data access through both interfaces is blocked until the selected product has paid access. Reconnecting does not create another free day. You can still sign in to arrange payment or contact support.

Ask for coverage before conclusions

A useful first request is: 'Check my Seller connection and marketplace, show the available reporting periods, then summarize sales, inventory and fees with sources and missing data.' Some investigations require an analytical report that Amazon prepares asynchronously. A pending or unavailable report should be stated explicitly; missing figures must not be treated as zero.

Pricing and help after the trial

Seller Insights costs US$20 per month or US$80 paid upfront for six months, per product. Six months at the monthly rate would cost US$120; the prepaid option saves US$40. Ads is priced separately. Contact our team by email or WhatsApp to agree a suitable payment method. There is no automatic charge at trial expiry.
