Two independent seller intelligence experiences
The Seller Intelligence Dashboard and NAVINES IQ GPT are two independent systems. The Dashboard does not feed the GPT, and the GPT does not read the Dashboard. Both may use the same seller-authorized NAVINES IQ connection, but neither depends on the other. They do not call, read from, or depend on each other.
Supported results retain marketplace, region, currency, period, freshness, source, and actual-versus-estimated context. Through ChatGPT, sellers can ask focused follow-up questions from a computer or phone in their preferred language without repeatedly uploading isolated screenshots when relevant authorized context is already available.

Setup process
Sign in to ChatGPT and open the NAVINES IQ GPT.
Sign in to your NAVINES IQ account when the GPT requests authorization.
Connect or select the seller-authorized regional Amazon workspace on the NAVINES IQ website.
Return to the same GPT and ask a question about the active workspace.
The conversational workflow
Describe the seller question in business language. No internal operation names or report menus are required.
The GPT can use one or several implemented Amazon datasets that fit the question and the connected account.
Returned facts, unavailable sources, assumptions, and recommended investigations remain distinct.
Troubleshooting
If the GPT reports that no seller is connected, sign in to NAVINES IQ and confirm the intended workspace. If a question targets another regional connection, switch the active workspace on the website before asking again. Do not paste credentials or authorization codes into the conversation.

The Dashboard is the structured visual workspace. The GPT is the conversational investigation. They can resolve the same active seller workspace, but neither reads the other's rendered output.
