AmazonIQ Custom GPT
The AmazonIQ GPT retrieves relevant authorized seller data directly through AmazonIQ Actions. It can combine orders, listings, finance, FBA inventory, movements, and eligible reports in one grounded investigation.
The dashboard and GPT are independent experiences. They do not read data from each other, and the dashboard does not need to be open. Both can use the same seller-authorized AmazonIQ connection. AmazonIQ remains read-only, and every Amazon account decision or action stays with the seller.
Two independent seller intelligence experiences
The Seller Intelligence Dashboard and AmazonIQ GPT are two independent systems. The Dashboard does not feed the GPT, and the GPT does not read the Dashboard. Both may use the same seller-authorized AmazonIQ connection, but neither depends on the other. They do not call, read from, or depend on each other.
Supported results retain marketplace, region, currency, period, freshness, source, and actual-versus-estimated context. Through ChatGPT, sellers can ask focused follow-up questions from a computer or phone in their preferred language without repeatedly uploading isolated screenshots when relevant authorized context is already available.

AmazonIQ organizes supported seller-authorized Amazon data into a structured, read-only operating view for orders, sales, finance, fees, products, listings, pricing, inventory, FBA, inbound activity, returns, performance signals, customer-feedback topics and data coverage.

AmazonIQ GPT independently supports natural-language investigation across verified overview, orders, sales, finance, pricing, inventory, FBA, listings, product performance, returns, reimbursements, seller performance and coverage operations.
MODEL WHAT COULD HAPPEN NEXT
Model hypothetical inventory, fee and contribution scenarios using explicit assumptions. Scenarios are never presented as actual Amazon results.
Both experiences remain read-only. AmazonIQ does not change prices, listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment or buyer messages.
The conversational workflow
Describe the seller question in business language. No internal operation names or report menus are required.
The GPT can use one or several implemented Amazon datasets that fit the question and the connected account.
Returned facts, unavailable sources, assumptions, and recommended investigations remain distinct.

Prepare creates or reuses an allowlisted matching report. Check Status examines only an existing job after a short cooldown and does not create another report. Pending or failed never means the seller connection is disconnected by itself.
Upload cost spreadsheets, compliance notices, or seller documents in the GPT and analyze them alongside live Amazon context. Cost completeness determines the quality of profitability estimates.
The GPT can explain evidence and suggest the next investigation. It cannot edit listings, prices, inventory, orders, refunds, shipments, fulfillment, or buyer messages.
First, sign in to ChatGPT and open the AmazonIQ GPT. When requested, sign in to AmazonIQ, connect or select your authorized Amazon seller account, and then ask questions about that seller's Amazon data.
