Amazon seller intelligence dashboard and GPT

See what is true now. Investigate what changed. Model what could happen next.

Connect once per regional Seller Central account. Use the structured AmazonIQ Dashboard for a verified snapshot, the independent AmazonIQ GPT for natural-language investigation, and What-If for explicitly hypothetical scenarios.

Seller-authorized. Read-only. No price, listing, inventory, order, or shipment changes. Free Limited Access is available.

Ask AmazonIQ GPT about your seller data in your preferred language

After connecting an authorized Seller Central account, ask AmazonIQ GPT questions in your preferred language about the seller data available in your workspace. AmazonIQ explains the available data and remains read-only.

Sign-in and dashboard screens may currently appear in English.

Two independent seller intelligence experiences

See what is true now. Investigate what changed. Model what could happen next.

The Seller Intelligence Dashboard and AmazonIQ GPT are two independent systems. The Dashboard does not feed the GPT, and the GPT does not read the Dashboard. Both may use the same seller-authorized AmazonIQ connection, but neither depends on the other. They do not call, read from, or depend on each other.

Supported results retain marketplace, region, currency, period, freshness, source, and actual-versus-estimated context. Through ChatGPT, sellers can ask focused follow-up questions from a computer or phone in their preferred language without repeatedly uploading isolated screenshots when relevant authorized context is already available.

SELLER INTELLIGENCE DASHBOARD

See the current facts of your Amazon operation in one clear workspace

AmazonIQ organizes supported seller-authorized Amazon data into a structured, read-only operating view for orders, sales, finance, fees, products, listings, pricing, inventory, FBA, inbound activity, returns, performance signals, customer-feedback topics and data coverage.

AMAZONIQ GPT

Ask focused questions about your authorized seller data

AmazonIQ GPT independently supports natural-language investigation across verified overview, orders, sales, finance, pricing, inventory, FBA, listings, product performance, returns, reimbursements, seller performance and coverage operations.

MODEL WHAT COULD HAPPEN NEXT

What-If Lab

Model hypothetical inventory, fee and contribution scenarios using explicit assumptions. Scenarios are never presented as actual Amazon results.

Dashboard coverage and GPT coverage are not identical. Availability depends on what Amazon returns and what the account, marketplace, region, role and report eligibility allow. Amazon Ads requires a separate authorization and product path. AmazonIQ does not claim complete Account Health, complete Seller Central parity, buyer PII, raw buyer-review content or write actions.

Both experiences remain read-only. AmazonIQ does not change prices, listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment or buyer messages.

This is only the beginning.

AmazonIQ is built for continuous improvement.

NAVINES is committed to expanding seller intelligence, listening to seller feedback, and helping sellers uncover risks and opportunities they could not see before. We want to grow with our sellers and keep bringing clearer, deeper and more useful Amazon intelligence.

What sellers can ask

Start with the business question, not the report menu.

AmazonIQ chooses the relevant implemented sources and explains only the evidence Amazon returned for the connected seller.

01

What was my latest order, and which ASIN and SKU sold?

02

Which listings are not buyable, and why?

03

Which products have listing errors or missing attributes?

04

How much did Amazon charge in fees?

05

What are my Amazon net proceeds?

06

Which inventory is reserved, inbound, or unavailable?

07

What moved between Amazon fulfillment centers?

08

Do I have aged or excess inventory?

09

Were any units lost, damaged, or found?

10

Which products should I investigate first?

11

Upload my cost spreadsheet and estimate product profitability.

Available now

Broad read-only coverage, with the limits stated clearly.

Direct sources and report-backed intelligence are implemented. The exact result depends on the seller account, roles, marketplace, region, eligibility, request period, and Amazon data availability.

Orders and sales

Order headers and items can include ASIN, seller SKU, title, quantity, item price, tax components, status, and FBA or MFN fulfillment when Amazon returns them.

Connect individual sales to the products, quantities, and fulfillment paths behind them, then review ordered sales, order counts, and units sold.

Availability: Order fields vary by order, marketplace, role, and Amazon response. Buyer PII is excluded.

Products and listings

Discover seller listings without supplying a SKU first, then inspect buyable status, discoverability, listing errors, warnings, and missing attributes.

Find catalog and listing problems that may be limiting availability or product discovery.

Availability: Catalog enrichment, images, dimensions, weight, variations, pricing, and offer fields depend on Amazon, account eligibility, role, and marketplace.

Finance and fees

Review financial transactions, Amazon fees, refunds, reimbursements when returned, adjustments, withheld amounts, and Amazon net proceeds.

Trace financial movement and investigate fee or refund exposure without confusing Amazon net proceeds with net profit.

Availability: Financial events can lag recent orders, and settlement reports are generated by Amazon on Amazon's schedule.

FBA inventory

Inspect fulfillable, reserved, inbound, unsellable, researching, future-supply, and total FBA inventory, plus existing inbound plans.

See where stock is available, committed, arriving, or unavailable before deciding what to investigate.

Availability: Available for eligible FBA inventory in supported marketplaces and only when Amazon returns the requested data.

Inventory movements

Analyze receipts, shipments, returns, removals, adjustments, losses, findings, damage, and fulfillment-center transfers from Amazon report data.

Follow how units moved through FBA and identify movement categories that deserve reconciliation.

Availability: Requires eligible FBA report data. Movement reports are asynchronous and may need time to prepare.

Storage and aged inventory

Review age buckets, excess units, storage exposure, long-term or aged surcharges, overage information, and FBA Fee Preview data when eligible.

Prioritize stock that may create storage pressure and distinguish estimates from actual charges.

Availability: Report and marketplace support varies. Monthly storage and overage values may be estimates; some aged-inventory reports are unavailable in specific marketplaces.

Returns and reimbursements

Investigate FBA returns, replacements, reimbursement cases and reversals, recommended removals, completed removals, and inbound noncompliance where available.

Bring exception activity into one read-only investigation without initiating refunds, removals, or fulfillment changes.

Availability: Each dataset has separate FBA, account, role, region, and marketplace requirements. Amazon may return no data for an otherwise valid request.

Seller performance and customer signals

Review selected Seller Performance indicators, safe Seller Feedback ratings, Amazon-generated Customer Voice topics, and Promotion Performance where Amazon returns them.

Relate returned performance and customer signals to the seller questions that need follow-up without exposing buyer free text.

Availability: This is not complete Account Health or raw review access. Availability varies by account, marketplace, language, role, and returned report data.

Profitability with cost files

Analyze an uploaded Excel or CSV cost file together with live Amazon sales, fee, refund, and net-proceeds data in the AmazonIQ GPT.

Estimate product contribution using seller-provided costs instead of treating Amazon proceeds as profit.

Availability: True profitability requires accurate COGS and external expenses supplied by the seller. Results are grounded estimates, not guaranteed net profit.

What needs attention

Evidence-backed risks, ready for investigation.

AmazonIQ can surface returned signals and explain why they matter. It never claims to fix the issue automatically and does not act on the Amazon account.

How it works

From seller question to grounded next investigation.

  1. STEP 1

    Connect Seller Central securely

Authorize AmazonIQ through Amazon. Your Seller Central password is never requested.

  2. STEP 2

    See the verified snapshot

Open the dashboard for structured sales, money, listing, inventory, risk, and report visibility.

  3. STEP 3

    Investigate in the GPT

Ask a business question in normal language. The independent GPT selects implemented, authorized read-only sources.

  4. STEP 4

    Model an explicit scenario

Use What-If assumptions to explore possible outcomes without presenting them as actual Amazon results.

  5. STEP 5

    Add costs when useful

Upload an Excel or CSV cost file in the GPT for deeper product contribution and profitability estimates.

Read-only trust

Intelligence without account control.

AmazonIQ uses seller-authorized Amazon SP-API access in read-only mode. Tokens are handled server-side and stored refresh tokens are encrypted. Some report-backed data may require Amazon preparation time and temporary sanitized processing.

AmazonIQ is an independent NAVINES product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon.

No price changes

No listing edits

No inventory changes

No order changes

No refund actions

No shipment creation

No buyer names, email, phone, addresses, or payment details shown

No buyer messaging or feedback solicitation

Profitability with your costs

Amazon proceeds are only part of the profit picture.

Amazon can return sales, fees, refunds, and net proceeds, but not your complete COGS or external expenses. Combine live Amazon data with your own Excel or CSV cost file to calculate grounded product contribution and profit estimates.

Estimates depend on the accuracy and completeness of the costs you provide. AmazonIQ does not promise guaranteed net profit.

Built to keep improving

A clear roadmap, without pretending future work is live.

Separate Amazon Ads connection

Amazon Ads and PPC are not connected through the current Seller Central authorization and require a future, separate authorization.

Notification-based alerts

Proactive alerts are a future area. Current workflows begin when the seller asks AmazonIQ to investigate.

Richer visual intelligence

The live dashboard and independent GPT will keep gaining clearer seller intelligence as supported Amazon evidence and seller needs are validated.

Broader marketplace support

Coverage will expand carefully as Amazon roles, endpoints, reports, and regional behavior are validated.

Deeper profitability workflows

Future workflows can add more seller-provided cost and external-expense context without presenting estimates as guaranteed profit.
